School of Percussive Arts students have won over 400 percussion positions in All East (TN) bands, All-County and All-State Jazz Bands, Symphonic Bands and Orchestras, Georgia District 7 Honors Band, Chattanooga Youth Symphony Orchestra, and various other honors bands.
SOPA students have unprecedented success with more than 80 All-state positions won in Tennessee and Georgia auditions!
Since 1983, SOPA students have the best college scholarship track record in the Metro-Chattanooga area with dozens of scholarships won by students to include schools and organizations such as:
